The BJC Employee Discount Program — YouDecide provides you with access to a one-stop, single-destination portal featuring hundreds of discounted consumer products and services, exclusively for you and your family.

In addition, if you are a full-time employee or a part-time BJC employee working 24 or more hours per week, you will be able to purchase (through payroll deductions) special group discount offers on the site, such as auto and home owner’s insurance, identity theft and pet insurance. If you are part-time and work less than 24 hours per week, you will have an opportunity to make the same purchases through direct billing. The BJC Employee Discount Program at YouDecide also is available to BJC retirees for direct billing on certain offers, such as retiree dental insurance.
