Welcome to BJC HealthCare! Below are important steps that new employees or newly benefits-eligible employees need to take to ensure their understanding of BJC benefits and what they need to do to complete benefits enrollment. 

Step 1: Prepare to enroll in BJC benefits

New employees have 31 days from date of hire to enroll in benefits (medical, dental, vision). Newly benefits-eligible employees also have 31 days from the date of their eligibility to enroll. Please click the Benefits Enrollment Guide link below for information on enrolling in benefits, when coverage begins for new employees, dependent eligibility, benefits options, and more.

If you have benefits questions, contact:

  • The HR Hub (BJC network access required) - you may chat online with an HR Hub representative 7 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday, or submit a request for a representative to contact you.
  • For specific benefits coverage questions, review our benefits contacts and select the resource most appropriate for your needs

Step 2: Enroll in BJC benefits

Review Steps to Enroll and then go to myBJCnet to get started. You will need your network user ID and password to access myBJCnet. When you complete your enrollment, please save or print your confirmation statement showing your benefit selections.

Step 3: Post-enrollment

Explore the Total Rewards site to learn about other offerings, such as BJC retirement plans, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), employee discounts and employee well-being offerings.
