BJC offers financial assistance to help employees cover qualified expenses that occur when adopting a child.
Full-time employees, with at least one year of service, are eligible to receive up to $5,000 in reimbursement per adopted child. Part-time benefits-eligible employees, with at least one year of service, are eligible to receive up to $2,500 in reimbursement per adopted child.
