BJC’s Employee Referral Program: pays up to $3,000 referral bonus 

A great way for BJC employees to earn up to $3,000 in extra cash is through BJC’s Employee Referral Program. Employees who refer someone to an open position at BJC can receive a bonus of $500 to $3,000, if the referred employee is with BJC after 90 days (partial payout after 90 days for some jobs with full payout after 6 months). 

Additional program highlights:

  • Most jobs are eligible for a referral bonus.
  • The minimum referral bonus is $500.
  • Many jobs have referral bonuses between $1,000 and $3,000.
  • The amount of the bonus payout depends on the job the referred person is hired into.  

There is an easy, two-step process required for a referral bonus to be tracked and paid to the employee making the referral.  These instructions, along with a program summary and lists of eligible jobs are located in the BJC HR Hub.
