Long-Term Disability Insurance

BJC automatically provides eligible employees both short-term and long-term disability benefits to help replace some of the income they would lose while disabled.

Full-time employees, who have been with BJC for six months can receive, at no cost, a long-term disability benefit equal to 50 percent of their base pay, up to $8,000 per month.
